The "Monday Must Have" outfit this week is this great pair of floral shorts. I picked these shorts because they are a perfect transitional piece to take into fall. They do scream summer because of the print and because they are shorts of course but the best part is the black underlay that they have...it is super easy to add a pair of black tights. Wear them now while its hot and then take them through fall with tights and jackets. They can be casual with a basic T and flip flops or they can be dressed up with heels and accessories. Plus, they are flowy and not tight!

I added a pair of black tights and a purple scarf up above. You could definitely wear leggings instead of the tights but when I am wearing shorts, I prefer tights over leggings just because they are usually thinner.
My favorite way to wear shorts is actually with jackets. I love the look of an oversized boyfriend blazer with a tiny pair of shorts. I also like to add a bit of edginess when I am wearing such a girly, flirty print as a floral print. Here I added a fabulous jacket that we had in store a while back - this pink linen jacket (we do still have 1 left of these on our sale rack in a size small).
The 2nd picture above is a jacket that just came in last week. This cream jacket has different placements of buttons so you can do a bunch of different things with it. Plus, the back is completely black.
